Job Interview Questions By: David Korn
Many employers will ask questions about you and your personality. Be prepared to answer questions along those lines. They can ask about your emotional control, your criticisms, your involvement with people, and so on. Learning about yourself from the past will help you to prepare for questions along this nature. Questions regarding work history are very often asked. These include work performance, employee relations, job responsibilities, accolades, and so on. Most of these skills are listed on your resume. However, they would like you to add further input during the interview. Going through your work history will help you to remember your past. Many times an employer will ask you questions about their company. They want to see how much you know and how interested you are in them. It is best to research as much as you can about the company to impress them with your knowledge. They want to know if you are the best person for the job. Lastly, many employers will ask you about the future. They want to see what goals you have for the company. Having a direction and your priorities in place will look good to the employer. They want to see if you can take the company to new heights in the years to come. If you can answer their questions diligently, you have a fair chance at getting the job. |
