Having Determination

Having determination is something that is looked up to in life. Being a determined individual means knowing what you want. Sometimes we have difficulty determining what we want. As we progress spiritually, our determination can get better. When seen as a determined individual, others will look up to you. They will see you as someone who can accomplish their goals and succeed in life.

Having purpose is important for determination. We must know what we want and why we want it. Once we establish a purpose, we can allow ourselves to achieve that goal. Focusing on that purpose will help drive our determination. Working towards the goal can be something enjoyable to do. Once you see the rewards along the way, this motivates you to continue going.

Along with having purpose, having an intention to get things going is needed. Making the first moves towards our goals is part of our intention. Thinking about what we wish to accomplish and how we go about doing this is also part of intention. With purpose and intention, the wheels are set in motion. This will get us determined to act upon our goals.

Decision making comes during and after the process of having the intention or will to accomplish your goal. When you embark on this journey, you will have to make many decisions along the way. Knowing how to make decisions is important in order to adapt to change along your path. Sometimes things don’t always go as planned. Therefore, changes are needed at times. However, this shouldn’t hamper your determination at achieving your goals.

Once we accomplish our task, our determination has succeeded. Many times tasks aren’t ongoing. But, many are ongoing and being determined on a regular basis will be important. Seek out ways to motivate yourself in order to continue getting what you want. As you continue to do so, your inner drive can increase. As a result, this will lead to a spiral of determination turning you into a very successful individual.
